Christmas Eve!

first of all, let me say: MERRY CHRISTMAS!

second of all, i would like to say that seth absolutely loves what i gave him for christmas.
you see, he is a big Green Bay Packers fan. and he was a huge fan of Brett Favre when he played for the Packers. i found the perfect gift that showed this.

1. an autographed picture of Brett Favre playing for the Packers (ironically, the picture is of him playing in a game against the Minnesotta Vikings, which is who he plays for now),
2. Brett Favre's rookie card,
3. Brett Favre's stats when he played for the Packers.

all of this is framed and comes with a certificate of authenticity for the autograph and the rookie card.

i got a new necklace. heart shaped with rubies and accented with diamonds. i also got fuzzy socks and a nice new blanket. we've spent more on each other this year than we've ever spent before. but it was without a doubt completely out of love.

i got new jammies from grandma. apparently they were super expensive.

our party went great. people left a lot earlier than usual though. it was kinda weird. well, it's gettin pretty late, so i guess i'll go to bed so SANTA can come and leave me presents :)

Late-Night Postings (12/23|12/24)

what can i say? i love love love walmart.
i know, i'm crazy. but hey, mom is a yankee. so naturally i'm a little crazy, right?

we got most of our shopping done tonight. we still have to pick up a few more things that we couldn't find at "wally-world" so we'll stop by Lowes Foods after grandma leaves.

we have a lot of cleaning left to do, but grandma is planning to leave around 12 and then i'm going to the store with mom to finish the rest of our shopping.

seth and i are going to lunch at 2. olive garden! he told me he wanted to take me there when we did our christmas thing because i told him about my little piece of heaven on earth...

i currently dislike Skype. it hasn't worked all day.

but, on to happy news.

i have an orthodontist appointment at 9:00 am. boo, right?
right after my appointment, my mom, my sister and i are going to charlotte to rearrange my dorm room with the help of my wonderful biffle, peter.
after rearranging my room, i will return home and clean my house with my family.
later in the night, mom and i are going to put on our armor (big girl panties) and fight through the crowd at the "wonderful world of walmart" to finish the grocery shopping for our christmas eve party. thus completing my thursday.

friday - christmas eve:
grandma is coming over early. but of course, she's coming around 10 am and i am used to waking up later than that. we will do a quick christmas with her, then she will leave and go back to the mountains.
once she leaves, we are getting to work on finishing cleaning the house and cooking.
at some point during the day, sometime before 5, seth and i will do our christmas and exchange gifts. which means....you will know what he got!

i am so excited!

it's a great gift. i just can't wait till he opens it.

after we do christmas, i will come back home and help my family finish getting ready for our christmas eve party. then we will proceed to have our party.

saturday - CHRISTMAS DAY!

ok, so chistmas day is easily my favorite day of the entire year. i enjoy being with my family and friends, as well as opening presents :)

but i'll post what i actually get on christmas night.

it surely will be a fun-filled day.

but now it is 12:00 am, so good morning world.

i am off to bed to get some sleep since i have to wake up around 8 for my appointment and trip to charlotte.

Mid-day Posting

ok, so i know it is currently 6:21 pm, but in all honesty, this truly is the middle of my day.
the only thing is that i'm starving. i'm so hungry right now. but thankfully, dad's about to make dinner:

i'm pretty excited, to be honest. i haven't had quesadillas in a while since i've been at school in CHARLOTTE!

i love my fish and i have missed having them with me at school. Clyde is my baby. at least until i move out of the dorms and get an appartment. then i will get a puppy. a GERMAN SHEPHERD puppy. the product of my best friend's german shepherd, Gator, and her boyfriend's german shepherd, Ali.

i can't wait though.

i also can't wait until tomorrow! i'm going back to the queen's city con mi madre y mi hermana so we can rearrange my room. because...

I WON'T HAVE A ROOMMATE NEXT SEMESTER!!!!!

And So It Begins

ok, so this is my first time blogging.
yay, for losing my "blog virginity" right?

so i am going to admit, i don't know what exactly i'm supposed to say here. yes, i'm a newbie. *hehehe* but guess who doesn't care....ME!
well, here goes nothin:

because i am now in college, i have began to suffer from something known as insomnia. my case, however, is very mild. i can go for 2 days, 3 tops with no sleep. but i'll tell you, i feel like absolute shit afterwards.

i hung out with seth today! :)
i was so excited. he came over and we "watched tv" then went to eat. we chose chilis. it was pretty good. i couldn't eat a whole lot though :(

anyways, we came back to my house after lunch and were here for maybe 5 minutes. we ended up going to a friend's house to watch a little bit of "Back Draft" which was actually pretty good. i wish i had finished it. seth had to bring me back home about an hour into the movie so he could go home and get ready for work at 5. damn applebees.

i love seth with all my heart. October 31, 2008 is when we started dating. gotta love football right? but for the upcoming holiday, i got him a major present. i actually bought it on October 31st this year. he came and visited me in charlotte on the 30th, but couldn't stay for our actual anniversary. so i went to the mall the next day and found the PERFECT present for him. the sticker price for it? $299.
the actual price for it with tax? $322.17

i almost had a heart attack when i bought this. but i did it out of love for the most amazing man in the world.

i know, you're probably wondering what i bought. when he knows, you'll know.

now, while i'm on break from school, i'm gonna try to not think about all the drama that goes on. but trust me, once i get back and the drama starts all over again, i will update with some great stories. starting with my now EX-roommate (thank GOD!) but like i said, once i get back to charlotte. January 8. that's when i will return. luckily i'll have my lovely amiga LEAH there with me (kinda) to keep me sane. her story will undoubtedly come up in my later postings.

but it's now 1:43 am and i'm gonna go (try) to finish this movie that i'm watchin on tv. i'll probably fall asleep though. which is probably a good thing.
